CP Clark LLC is a locally owned lawn care, landscaping and excavation company based in Newton. We mow and maintain lawns across Stillwater Township, including the Crandon Lakes community on the Stillwater and Hampton line.
Each mowing visit includes mowing, trimming, edging where applicable, and blowing clippings from walks and driveways. Need more than mowing? See our full lawn care and landscaping services.
Choose the services that fit your property. Recurring mowing pricing is provided in writing before service begins. Seasonal tips on our Property Care page.
Slopes are mowed carefully and finished with a trimmer where a mower shouldn’t go, so banks stay neat without scalping or ruts.
Shaded lawns are generally maintained at an appropriate mowing height, and shade-tolerant seed can be used when overseeding is part of the scope.
Not at the lake all week? We work on an agreed schedule, and you do not need to be home for service.
Clippings are blown back onto the lawn, away from the water, and leaves and cleanup debris are hauled off, never pushed into the lake.
Water pooling at the bottom of a slope is a drainage problem, not a mowing one. See our Stillwater excavation & drainage page.

Yes. We mow and maintain lawns throughout Crandon Lakes and the rest of Stillwater Township. We are based in Newton, a short drive away. Mowing stays in Stillwater and Crandon Lakes; for landscaping, cleanups and excavation we serve all of Sussex County.
Weekly is best in spring and early summer, when grass grows fastest. Biweekly can work in slower stretches or for a lightly used seasonal home. We will tell you what keeps your lawn healthy, and you decide.
It depends on lawn size, slopes, obstacles and how often we mow. After a property review, you receive a written per-visit price before service begins.
Yes. We work on a set schedule, so you don’t need to be there. We can also time spring and fall cleanups around when you open and close the house.
Spring cleanups clear winter debris, tidy and edge beds, and add fresh mulch if you want it. Fall cleanups cover leaf removal and a final cut. Early fall is also often an excellent time to overseed cool-season lawns in this area.
Yes. We handle mulch, topsoil, seeding and patios, plus excavation and drainage with our Bobcat E35 mini excavator and Bobcat MT100 track loader with a brush cutter. See our lawn care and landscaping page.
